Sehleeah is a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC) and a Certified Clinical Counsellor (CCC). Her background in fitness, yoga, and ecology are the foundations of her whole body, spirit, and mind approach to wellness. She brings a gentle compassion to her sessions with clients. Sehleeah’s focus is to support clients in healing past traumas using a variety of therapeutic methods. Her approach is trauma-informed and client-centered. She integrates emotional awareness in both somatic and cognitive processes. Sehleeah offers free 15 minute consultations to see if these approaches are right for you.
