Working with children, youth, and adults, I am an enthusiastic family/systems and cultural-relational practitioner. I work with people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, cultures, identities, and structures/notions of family, home, community, and connection.

There are so many aspects of human life, experiences, and meanings that are the same among us, and so many that are different. Both are important, as are the needs and rights of every person to receive caring personalized care that is free of judgment. Good therapy honours the client as being worthy, capable, and in charge of their own health journeys.

I strive to help my clients discover meanings and to make sense of themselves, as well as whatever aspects of their lives, lived experiences, goals, values, thoughts, pains, joys, and environments might provide solid footing for moving toward their goals and feeling whole.
